SORRy...the hardest word???

Sorry is the word that hardly being heard...
why???
is too hard to say 'im sorry'???
im kind of feeling strange that people that are not closed to us are easily to ask for apology...
but why people that closed to us are sooo hard to ask for apology...
it is easy to say im sorry...
it is not hard...
but why the word sorry is still hard being heard from people around us???
is it a burden to forgive and ask for apology...
try to ask ourselves what is the meaning of the word sorry in your life???
